What do you need?
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of frozen berries (+- 80gr)
- 1 handful of frozen spinach
- 1 tsp of flaxmeal
- 1 tsp of chiaseeds
- 1 tsp of spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 cup of oatmilk
- 1 cup of water
- toppings: fresh berries, chiaseeds, hempseeds, choc a lot granola
Put all the ingredients in a highspeed blender and mix it up until you have a smooth consistency.
If it’s not smooth enough, add some water or oatmilk.
