Overnight oats

Isn’t it nice to enjoy a nice peaceful morning routine? Probably a lot easier to manage during Corona lockdown! For a lot of us, it isn’t always easy to manage to get ready in time in the mornings. Does this morning rush sound familiar to you? I hope this recipe can help you to still enjoy a healthy breakfast in more busy times!

Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl adding the date syrup as last. Put it into a glas container making 2 layers. Put some fresh grapes or fresh fruit of your choice in between the 2 layers. Put it in the frigde to enjoy the next morning!

This recipe will give you 1 to 2 servings.
