Health benefits of (broken) flax seeds

We try to use as much flax seeds as possible in our products. You can find the seeds in our choc a lot granola, in our salted caramel or dark chocolate granola bites, our just the seeds on its own. We are very fond of this little seed for a variety of reasons!
