Who doesn’t love High tea? Nothing better than the real English High tea don’t you think? Not only are the scones delicious, also the English vibe around it is awesome 🙂 With this recipe you can bring English high tea to your living room!
Ingredients for the scone batter:
- oat flour 300g
- plain flour 150g
- almond milk 200ml
- maple syrup or date syrup 200ml
- coconut oil 50g (melted)
- baking powder 1tsp
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 12-hole muffin tray with coconut oil.
Mix together the flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the liquid ingredients to this and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture into the muffin tray. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
