Chocolate banana brownie – recipe

Autumn is such a lovely time for baking, especially healthy baking!

What do you need ?

  • 160 g banana
  • 70 g almond butter or cashew butter
  • 20 g hemp powder
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 20 g almond flour
  • 20 g oatmeal
  • 15 g maple syrup

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix together with almond or cashew butter. Add the other ingredients: hemp powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, oatmeal, maple syrup and mix well.

Put the mixture in a baking tray (with a baking sheet) and bake for about 25-30 minutes.

Decorate with chocolate-no nuts granola and berries.
