What do you need ?
- 160 g banana
- 70 g almond butter or cashew butter
- 20 g hemp powder
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 20 g almond flour
- 20 g oatmeal
- 15 g maple syrup
- Chocolate-no nuts granola
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix together with almond or cashew butter. Add the other ingredients: hemp powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, oatmeal, maple syrup and mix well.
Put the mixture in a baking tray (with a baking sheet) and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Decorate with chocolate-no nuts granola and berries.
Healthy and tasty, as simple as that !
