What do you need?
- 130g almond meal
- 30g oatmeal
- 20g chocolate chip (70% cocoa)
- 3g cocoa powder
- 30g coconut oil
- 35g maple syrup (depends on how sweet you want them to be)
- half of a banana (mashed)
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 170°.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond meal, oatmeal en cocoa powder. Add the coconut oil, mashed banana, maple syrup, chocolate chip, vanilla and sea salt. Mix it all really well until combined. Make sure you can make cookies out of the dough. If the batter is to crumbly, add some coconut oil.
Make cookies out of the dough and put them on a baking sheet.
Bake this for about 10 to 15 minutes until you have golden brown cookies.
Ready, a healthy version of chocolate chip cookies.
